Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started. Once artwork approval, setup, or production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom Orders

Because our products are custom-made, refunds are generally not available. In approved cases, a store credit may be issued unless otherwise determined by Jailbird Designs.

Possible eligible situations include:

• The wrong item was produced
• The product contains a verified manufacturing defect
• The finished product differs significantly from the approved order details

Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

• Custom printed or embroidered items approved by the customer
• Rush fees
• Design/setup charges already completed
• Orders damaged due to improper use or care after delivery
