Jailbird Designs Inc. is a full-service custom apparel and design company located in Southwestern Ontario.

What began in 1995 as a small one-person operation has grown through hard work, dedication, and a strong commitment to quality. Over the years, we have expanded into a larger facility, invested in advanced equipment, and built a talented team of experienced professionals.

Today, we proudly serve customers across Canada and the United States with custom printing, embroidery, signage, and graphic design solutions tailored to businesses, sports teams, events, schools, and organizations of all sizes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship Internationally. We will utilize the most reliable and cost efficient method available to you.

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@jailbirddesigns.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard only so reference to all major credit cards should be removed. The balance of the statement please contact us at orders@jailbirddesigns.com or any other method our contact page.

Do you offer custom or personalized designs?

Yes! We love bringing unique ideas to life. If you’re interested in a custom or personalized piece, please contact us through our website or email us at  orders@jailbirdsdesign.com with your design details. We’ll review your request and get back to you with options and pricing.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). If you do not receive tracking details, feel free to reach out to us at order@jailbirddesign.com for assistance

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at orders@jailbirddesign.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
