Who We Are
Jailbird Designs is a full-service custom apparel and design company located in Southwestern Ontario. Since 1995, we have specialized in screen printing, embroidery, signage, stickers, magnets, keychains, buttons, and graphic design services for customers across Canada and the United States.

We offer custom production services including:

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details and proofs before confirming an order, including:
- Sizes
- Quantities
- Colors
- Spelling
- Artwork
- Delivery information
Please review your proof thoroughly and verify all spelling, graphical elements, placement, and other details. Approval of your proof confirms that you have checked and accepted the design as submitted. By approving your proof, you release Jailbird Designs from liability for errors present in the approved artwork or order details.
Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to an order, email orders@jailbirddesigns.com within 4 hours of placing your order.
Please include:
- Order number (if available)
- Name used on the order
- Email address used for the order
- Requested changes
If your order has not entered production or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Production Standards
We strive to maintain high-quality production standards and carefully monitor:
- Proper ink adhesion
- Accurate placement and alignment
- Clean, crisp prints
- Consistent color and finish
While every effort is made to ensure quality, occasional errors may occur. If an issue arises, please contact us promptly.
Limitation of Liability
Jailbird Designs shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supplier shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Print Quality Guarantee
If your printed item cracks, peels, or fades within the first 30 days of normal use, we will replace it free of charge.
What Is Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper washing or drying (including high heat or harsh detergents)
- Normal wear and tear after 30 days
- Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or excessive abrasion
How to Submit a Claim
If you experience a problem:
- Contact our team with your order details
- Provide a brief description
- Include photos if possible
We will review the issue quickly and work toward a fair resolution.
